If Vampire isn't for you, ask within 30 days of paying and we refund the whole payment. You don't have to say why.
1. How to ask
Email support@vamp.sh from the address you bought with, or include the order number from your Polar receipt. We refund through Polar, the merchant of record, to the card or account you paid with. The refund includes any tax you paid. How soon it shows up depends on your bank.
2. Vampire for Mac
- Within 30 days of purchase: a full refund of the $25.
- A refund revokes the license. Each Mac learns this at its next license check (about once a day when online) and returns to viewer mode.
- Your library is untouched: viewer mode still browses, searches, exports and syncs it, and the MIT
vampCLI keeps reading and writing it.
3. After 30 days
Write to us anyway and we'll look at it. Any rights you have under consumer law where you live still apply.
4. Chargebacks
Please ask us first; it is faster for you. A chargeback revokes a license the same way a refund does.
